Many fellow pedlars have written to thank us and some have asked how they can contribute to support our voluntary efforts. While our intent is to make information freely available, we do have expenses and welcome any support. Thanks!

The consultation period is open from 6 November 2009 and was to have ended 29 January 2010 but BIS has conceded to our request to extend the period - now 12 February. The document is some 90 pages long and will be addressed by pedlars.info shortly.

In the meantime a delegation of pedlar stakeholders requested a meeting 2 December with HMG to give initial response and we currently await minutes of that meeting to keep you informed.
