  • Hi i was working the sea front cleethorpes and was told my pedlar certificate was not valid on the sea front could someone tell me if this is true they say they have a by-law preventing pedlars.

  • Under the Pedlars Act you may trade any place in UK unless there is legislation restricting trade. Do not accept opinions from anyone - write to Legal Department or Licensing and request copy of the restrictive legislation - then send their reply to pedlars.info
