  • Two members of my staff were working in winchester today.They were approached by a licensing officer who said they must leave the town immediately as Winchester had legislation that stopped pedlars from working.

    Tommorrow morning I will be ringing Winchester Councils chief solicitor and asking for a copy of this legislation. If as I believe there is no legislation then for the sake of my business and fellow pedlars and on principle I will be issuing a summons from the small claims court for loss of earnings.

    I will keep you all updated on this

  • There is legislation in place in Hampshire which you can download under legislation 1983 Hampshire Act
