ABUSE OF CULTURE

A pedlar struggling to remain free of being made a criminal by a local authority has criticised those that use legal language to avoid having to make clear and truthful rules and hiding behind private business arrangements while setting out to confuse Parliament.

The Christchurch MP Christopher Chope has spoken out against this sort of behaviour in Parliament, and both Lord Carey one time Archbishop of Canterbury has gone on to media to criticise this “culture of abuse”, as has Trevor Phillips spoken of Human Rights being attacked by this abuse of culture.

It remains to be seen whether Parliament will be able to haul itself back from the brink when a Select Committee meets to discuss these issues on June 30th, but from information “not received” from every authority that has been contacted including the Minister of Justice and his colleagues Lords Falconer and Goldsmith - it seems that the legal eagles will be able to rely on the secrecy of their “client privilege” despite the actual client being the British public and with that public being put in danger of being prosecuted for a breach of the peace or on the rumour of being associated with a criminal activity.

The pedlar wants to know what the meaning of “disingenuous” is because it was on “the news” and it seems likely that that’s what’s going on.
