For the past decade pedlars have been confronted with private legislation that is difficult for all concerned to understand.

Our recent Paper dated February 2011 titled "A Short History of Pedlary" traces the 1697 origins of the Pedlars Acts offering proper context and current interpretation of law. 

An Addendum to the Paper provides current understanding about Pedlars of Foodstuffs.
