Many fellow pedlars have written to thank us and some have asked how they can contribute to support our voluntary efforts. While our intent is to make information freely available, we do have expenses and welcome any support. Thanks!
Bournemouth Borough Council Bill 2006 PDF Print E-mail

 

The Bournemouth bill is currently before Parliament and is blocked at Second reading by Christopher Chope MP and Ian Liddell-Grainger MP.

If you think you are affected by this bill visit write-to-them to ask your MP to speak up in Parliament on your behalf and support other MPs in blocking the bill.

Modeled on COW Act it is near identical in text and aims to prohibit the lawful activities of pedlars in Bournemouth.

Petitions by pedlars have been heard in the House of Lords and await Select Committee Hearing on Private Bills in the House of Commons in the current session.
